This was my first attempt at grunding a colorful image and I'm still not sure whether it is working...

I strongly believe that this qualifies for the arcane category of grunge in this fine piece of photo art, Carin. Lots of dynamics and textures in this one. Other than a lengthy vacation from school when I was a kid, and the Fourth of July, I never miss summer, mainly because it seemingly lasts 10 month a year around here.
The damaged flower feeds right into the grunge. I think that you are getting into to grunge just fine. Dana
