It's supposed to be hot here today, too. I'm NOT looking forward to it!! Your landscape is quite lovely, and looks to be only about 72F, which is perfect. :D

QUEL TALENT !!!
Very "simple", but so beautiful.
you have created a wonderful watercolor space, Helle!
your fans recognize the simple magic of your 'doodles'. I still struggle to find words for what you do in your casual watercolors...it's the easy way you apply the paint, it's the gentleness of your hills & trees and how simply you make trees like they're nothing but thoughts in your mind as you relax on a lazy day...And your little poppies or grasses in the foreground: Simple dabs, simple wash-strokes, and just enough to tell us they're there. Everything put there like thought...And you use yellows in just the right amount too. Charming, simple and loving. What more could one want?
Excellent work!
