Ik herken dit gevoel heel sterk en toch komt de aardigheid en de vaardigheid om tot een redelijk resultaat te komen steeds terug (tot dusver). Zo te zien lukt dat bij jou ook, je ziet in ieder geval kans om met XD echte fractals te maken, zoals nu weer met dit schitterende exemplaar.

Juliette dont struggle with it ,that only makes it worse .Sometimes its a sign that we should do different things that we enjoy , like photography .Just let it rest and I promiss you that itll come back ,even better then before .

Oh Juliette, ik denk dat we allemaal met dit fenomeen hebben af te rekenen . Maar... jouw kennis terzake in overweging nemend, ben ik er zeker van dat je ons nog heel vaak zult verbazen met iets buitengewoon mooi. Ook naar dit plaatje heb ik aandachtig gekeken... mij afvragend HOE dat wel ik mekaar steekt.

I know the feeling, it's frustrating. this is, however, a wonderful fractal. I like the texture and the small hints of color. this is nice work.

I would never have guessed you are struggling because I always enjoy your creative talent and the wonderful art that you produce. I enjoy your photography equally well. May you regain what it is that you are lacking at the moment and regain the joy for yourself that you bring to others.

I agree with DinDin and the others, Juliette. Sometimes, no matter how much we love something, a break is neccessary, if only to recharge our batteries and give us a fresh perspective. I am sometimes in the doldrums, but do as you have been doing, a little photography, a little bird watching, a little people watching. Get on a bus and listen to people talking - none of these things costs much but the benefits are great. Things make you smile and think. This lovely image does not tell me you need a break but you know yourself best. The sign of a true Artist is a feeling that always you can do better.

Wel, voor mij heb je het al terug met dit plaatje. Bertrand heeft gelijk, we komen allemaal tot zo'n punt. Onze lat leggen we hoger maar na zo'n periode kan je vast ook dit niveau weer overstijgen. Ik merk er niets van in je werk, deze is schitterend :)

Yes, get out your camera again, and enjoy the view through the camera's eye. And soon you will find you are happy again with your fractal work. Personally, I don't see a thing wrong with your fractals, none of the struggles show, just the beautiful results. This one looks like incredible beadwork, someone has worked long and hard to build this beauty with beads and probably wire to hold the beads in place and create this gorgeous form.
