Well Carin, I would say she could be in the UK, you call a guy, who says “wrong dept.” You then get transfered aftes 20 mins of listening the worst classical music they could dig up, then the final “Hello!....Oh it’s nothing to do with us...you need maintenence dept,” more classical drivel, the “Hello!, well I don't know who put you through here, this is accounts“…“I'll transfere you to maintenece“, more naff quallity Handles water music, “Hello! this is maintenance” “Vwot are you Vanting please…Jeeez!!!! Then it begins all over again, I find it all very annoying that you can get an answer swiftly, but it’s all in error, and you finaly get through to someone to explain it all to in New Delhi WTF? Oh well all sent to try us :) Nice work Maz!
I know the feeling, Marilyn. You don't even really connect to a real person...an electronic voice who seems to know just who your are, your telephone number, where you live and then tells you that if nothing's been corrected within 6 hours time, call back and start over.
