Description
For those new and unfamiliar to this mini series, I repeat the following information:
Captured 4/29/09, around 7:20 AM, about .35 miles/.563 kilometers from my place.
These beauties are located in a park on a sizeable garden plot dedicated in 1998 to the members, now deceased, who served in the city's Woman's Club between 1922 and 1997. Hence, the plants receive tender loving care.
On that particular morning the flowers had just received a refreshing shower, compliments of the sprinkler system, which was most fortuitous, because with the waterdrops on the blooms, and the sun hanging low above the horizon, I proceeded on a nonstop foto frenzy.
A ZOOM would be highly beneficial in this instance.
And, in the unlikely event anyone is dissatisfied with this miniseries, all I have to say is:
I beg your pardon, I never promised you a rose garden,
Along with the sunshine there's gotta be a little rain sometime
When you take you gotta give, so live and let live and let go, oh oh oh oh
I beg your pardon, I never promised you a rose garden....

They're gorgeous again, Harry; I particularly love the color of the bottom one! Mmmmmmmmm....great work!
I love the bottom one best, the light is perfect.
Great rose series Harry! Like a wider view of the first shot. Looks good in a bunch.
You better look before you leap Still water runs deep and you won't always have someone there to pull you out, and you know what I'm taking about...... Ok the song is stuck in my head now, and you may have never promised us a rose garden, but you are giving us one. These are incredibly beautiful. My roses have small buds on them right now, so until they bloom I will just enjoy your posts.
Last one is my pick too! Beautiful Roses!

Bottom one this time, hands down. It's the color, for starters ... my favorite! The light is stunning. Gorgeous captures all, but for my money, that peach one is IT!!
