The sound I made when I finally got this sky right :) LOL...
Terrain is casalpalocco by AndyTW from Terranuts. Surfacing, atmosphere are mine.

Wonderful landscape
I hate to say "one of your best" as so many of yours are "bests"...but this one is special...the surfaces are super and the atmo...well...I can't match your expertise there...so...super duper and most excellent and I'll even through in a hug :)

Super surface image work; and, another of your best supporting atmospheres. Without losing that superb foreground, I would like to see this image with 1/3 terrain and 2/3 sky. If this is possible, you will achieve a great balance here.
You can really feel the surface here. Its hot, dry & hurts the feet. Draw me some good boots, Pat. Think I'd like to explore this land. ;) This is a real winner, my friend! ")
