Description
They say work is for people who don't know how to fish.
Yesterday I went out for a drive with my friend Martin. He's very nice about stopping whenever I ask him to so I can get out and take pictures. We pulled off to the side of the road at this little lake. It was a beautiful place, but what really caught my eye was these guys fishing. If you zoom, you can probably see their fishing lines trailing in the water.
They were across the lake, so this is hand-held zoom, and they had no idea I was there. I took a lot of pictures of the lake just in case they were watching, but I dont' think they ever turned around. They looked so happy I just had to show you!

LOL....great saying Also great capyure
Hope they don't had to react quickly to get the fish that hits their bait by the size of the guy on the front and the look of their boat, it may tip easily. Well captured!
Very cool image!!
excellent capture!!
Trolling has a different meaning in my town! However. Hmmm...This is a great catch!
so much happy!!!!
They look very relaxed indeed, a great shot!
Wonderful picture! Well done on the sneak
Memories! When I was a child my stepfather took us trolling in the Snohomish River and subsidiaries for smelt. Actually I don't know if they have smelt in the Sno. River but thats where we started from:-) Great shot Tara, like your sneak factor too, lol!
They say that the worst day of fishing is better than the best day at work--these guys prove it~~great shot!!
Ah, what a life...and a great capture!
OH How wonderful and peaceful. Id like to stay there a month or 2 LOL !
A wonderful mood to this image.
Looking at this I don't think these two live far from this water. Those two small wheels on the back and the trailer hitch at the front where his feet are. Looks to fragile for a long drive, I'm guessing they have a cabin not too far from here. Excellent capture, a long time since I did any trolling, I used to love going after the Pike, using this same method, not the lying down one but sat up. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!
Great capture! :)
excellent capture
Very cool image
Great way to fish, I like the picture too.
I suppose its a better way to spend the day than working!
oh such a peaceful lovely day to fish ... beautiful capture
what fun wonderful capture, Tara May warm hug that smiles, Linda Kaye
Fish probably don't have a lot to fear from this relaxed twosome. Good catch...sneak factor and all.
Stellar beyond anything I can say.
There is something timeless about this photo...fishing is so intimate to humanity, and apparently vital to the early evolution of the human brain...but enough of that. I love the relaxed mood of this picture, and I gotta say, I love anything you can do with your feet up...like fishing. I wonder what they caught and how the prepared it.
Lovely!!
Fish can't have been biting today. Great fun capture.
At least those two guys are happy at what there doing...great image
