this was the same evening as a recent sunset post of mine

but a little farther into the event
before I retired, I was working like crazy and it seemed like I got more done around the house and was able to visit many more galleries than I do now

very nice duo of colors here : grey and orange ! A delight for the eyes !
gotta love the birds
So special Richard, stunning photo.
Splendid.
Awesome, scene, great capture !!!!!!!!
Ah! You have time to catch gourgeous sunsets and the cleaning doesn't keep its former priority? Hmmmm. You probably get more sleep, too. Or do more things you want, than that you have to do. It's a slippery slope of pure indulgence. Enjoy! The dirt is where you'll end up anyway, and you can always go on that cleaning binge. Nice to have too much to do, to notice our capacities slowly going missing. Wonderful image.
:-) i know the feeling about getting more done :-) - Nice shot as always :-)
Fantastic shot.
Beautiful shot!!! Enjoy that retirement and take lots more photos...:)
Impresive skY!Powerful image.
Very nice
Very beautiful, the birds, the tranquil accenting light that brings emphasis to the hint of color and soft details in the clouds, all the elements coming together for a beautiful scene. I'm sure you had to wait for this to develop, worth the wait Richard, excellent capture!!!
Very moody sunset !

A most wonderful capture indeed! What are us retired folk to do I never have a camera out of my hands now and folks around here are beginning to think it's permanently attached hehe.
Beautiful sunset..you have a great collection of sunsets! Bravo :)
fantastic sunset!!! about time: when I was working I wasn't the owner of most of my time. so I tried to squeeze the maximun from the little "leisure" time I had. Now (It's two years that I have been retired) most of the time is mine and I'm still a little time dizzy. I'm still trying to manage it!! Welcome into the club!!
Stunning!
Fabulous work! Love it!
You picked a great moment, after the sun had set already. Beautiful colors and atmosphere. Actually if seen it happen quite often, that people don't have ANY time anymore, once they've retired ;)
