We had a swarm of European Wasps in my garden.....errrr now we don't. ;) Like Art Vandelay's dad, I too can't live with infestation!!!!!!!!
These guys are ruthless, killing honey bees and in some cases...people.

If it stings, if it bites and leaves swelling, if it's claws are longer than mine (hmmm...) I either find it a new home or me a new home. :-) The demise of wasps does not depress me. Glad you cleaned up around there. And the info was interesting. I didn't know they killed bees.

you do realise as they die they send out distress calls, all the wasps are now leaving Europe and heading your way!!! LOL Nasty critters to have about if you have kids though so best to get rid of them - the wasps that is not the kids!
