Description
One of the many butterflies in the hot house where Iggy lives. Finding them sitting still for a shot is another story.
Thanks for fluttering by,
Clive

Excellent capture! I know how hard it is to capture butterflies sitting still.
Stunning capture Clive.
Beautiful capture!!!
Love the color! Well done.
Nice close up. I respect your steathiness. I know it is incredible hard to get close to these beautiful creatures.
super macroshot !
wonderful butterfly! Fantastic photo!
Sharp shot! Excellent
Lovely!
Naming mine was easy as I got a leaflet from the farm I visited, naming this is another story entirely. I have no idea. It is however a very nice specimen, are they food for Iggy one wonders? The farm I visited had an Iguana roaming free in the main area, it was about three foot long and I spotted it on top of an archway just laying there. Excellent capture. Bravo!!!!!
Beautiful capture of this butterfly, clear and detailed!

amazing shot
Cute one - I like his colour.
A beautiful shot, mate! I know the story of 'getting the buggers to stay still'. Having inflicted myself to the trauma of 'THE BUTTERFLY WALK, at London Zoo. And THEN tried to get a shot! Steam coming out of ears! But, you did the job here! And how many shots did this take then? Rob.
How beautiful this is! Such a gorgeous color.
Joli papillon!
