Description

The Hoover Dam Bypass Project (which includes the New Colorado Bridge) is a complex project made up of four miles of roadway (two lanes in each direction), eight bridges, wildlife crossings, a 2,000 foot-long bridge over the Colorado River and various pedestrian and visitor improvements. Because of the magnitude of this project, it will be constructed in four distinct phases: the Arizona Approach, the Nevada Approach, the Colorado River Bridge, and final roadway surfacing. Construction of the Arizona approach has begun followed by the Nevada Approach in this perspective one can not see the workers on the left side but they are there thanks for viewing and comments.I am still way behind in the galleries. I found my safe by a local creek but it and contents were ruined and none of my software was there.

Would love to see this in person Richard, hope you manage to get a shot of the finished project. Having worked on several Motorway constructions I am attracted to construction sites especially Bridges. Excellent capture. Bravo!!!!!

Incredible engineering feat. If only the ones who constructed the original dam had out modern tools of construction at the time.

Wow, amazing how such things can be built. I'm surprised this project will be continued what with money drying up for these things. It's a darned shame that the contents of your save were ruined. Do you suppose the software will be sold? Dirty rats, I hope they are caught. Did you tell the police the safe was found, and were they able to gain any information from the safe?
