Description
Stained glass windows in churches and cathedrals are always so gorgeous. Easter Sunday promises to be blue skies and sunny here, so the windows will be especially beautiful with the sun shining through those beautiful colors!
May you all have a happy and blessed Easter!
This is parrotdolphin's jubu1 script played with in Apo. Didn't do too much manipulating with this one, mostly with the gamma settings and brightnes and a teensy bit of moving around of triangles. Tweaked the colors in PSP.
All your comments on the previous post, 'Happy Birthday ..', are so appreciated, thank you for helping me celebrate Nancy's birthday!
The faves are such a boost to the old ego! Thank you. I don't think I'm going to be able to get individual thank you notes out to all of you, apologies for that.

You found a wonderful stained glass window here Rita. Such gorgeous colours, and did you notice it has easter eggs just waiting to drop down for everyone. I hope I get lucky to catch one.
beautiful colors!
Fantastic and beautiful fractal composition, Rita. My first thought was...it looks like the beautiful and enormous stained glass window, seen in some of the finest cathedrals. So i must say you nailed it pretty good... since that is the intentional expression.:)

Wow! Lovely colors 'n' details! Very perky flame! (:
Rita, I studied stained glass & its use in the great cathedrals, and this is the great rose window that everyone probably dreamt of, as they were struggling with glass & lead; it speaks to us whether we're devout or no, religious or no—it speaks to something universal. You've broken the window into cells of light & hue; you've removed the 'regular' feature (ie, petals in absolute symmetry); you've allowed your shapes to move naturally & more freely, even though they're still within the flower; your dark allows your hues to shine, you use it very well; and your center is a beautiful little party. I love the slight irregularity of movements; and if I had to do an 'interpretation' of the classic Rose Window, this is the one I'd want to do. Beautiful, and a beautiful gift for the holiday. Hope yours was splendid, Rita.
You've made wonders with this magnificent composition, Rita! It is full of colours and of this positive and creative energy that seems to flow freely in your art. It's SUPERB !

An amazing splash of colour you have here Rita, very eye-catching work indeed. Takes me back to my younger days when I went to church and was mesmirized by the fabulous windows and the way the light streamed through them. Tony.
