Description
I photographed these flowers at my friend's house in New Jersey a couple of weeks ago. As soon as we parked I saw they were already in bloom and I was glad I brought my entire kit with me. I photographed these and some white hyacinths using all 3 of my lenses that I own, surprisingly I think I was only out there for about an hour (I've been known to disappear for hours with subjects like this.) Though this may look like I used my Lensbaby (it had me fooled), when I checked the metadata I see that I used my 14-54mm at 54mm F3.5. All softness in camera and very deliberate.
