It really does look like a jester's hat. He must have lost it while taking a swim break. Great capture Tunde!
Good heavens, is that some kind of kelp or seaweed? It does look remarkably like a jester's cap or headdress of some sort. And, I like the overall watery textures in this capture, T! Gosh, I don't know, I wish I knew how to be happy and do and say funny things.
