Description
Almost at the end of this series I've tried to capture their emotions. The days ordeal ends with transfer of cash.
The 'catch' is sold immediatly at auction.By 4'O clock all the baskets can go home, and men too.
Then its the turn of women. I shall bring it tomorrow.
Thank you all my friends hope you enjoy this series.

Totally outstanding collage and the progression of the baskets' work is fabulous. Your story is great as well, walking me through the shots. I used to spend time in a fishing village and watch the fishermen go out and return, and follow the catch to the fishhouse where it was weighed and bought. The difference is these fishermen used big metal garbage cans and ice coolers for the catch, returning them to the dock for cleaning and then back on the boat for the next day.
Thank you for your comment and sharing your experiance.
This is excellent! I like the story of the fishermen being told through the journey of a basket. Wonderful images! I like the POV of the second one. I feel like I am right among them, watching the catch get weighed. I love the last two as well. There is much dignity and grace in the men carrying the baskets on their shoulders. The last image is a perfect closure to the fisherman's day as he works to gain adequate fruit of his labor. Wonderful collage!
