Mark this is for you with my best wishes for a Happy 60 years Birthday to you, my friend. May you have lotsa Happy and Healthy years ahead of you, because you deserve it. :o)))
This little crocus is from my garden. The petals were so clear in the photo, but not the puffball, so I worked with another photo, where the pufballs had the clarity I needed. I simply cut and pasted them from one photo to another and resized and turned it a bit and then it fit the exact place and size of the blured one :)
Kind of manipulation. :))

Oh Helle, it's just gorgeous! It's like something emerging out of the cosmos, a cosmic seed, a flower from the Garden of Eden...and the words wafting across the page: They're beautiful. (I agree with Koosie.) I read them & the thoughts are beautiful; but they're also abstractions, art, beautiful lines. You have been such a jewel of a friend to me, I can't tell you how much I appreciate this, along with all your love & support. This means the world to me, a wonderful way to wake up (it's almost 6 a.m. here in cold chicago). You want to know something I don't tell most people? (Well, now everyone will know!) I was born one month early—how about that! I couldn't wait—I was dying to pop out! I had appointments! I was a busy infant...Thank you so very much for this and for everything else. A jewel from a jewel...thank you deeply, lots of huge hugs to you, mark (ps—the 'paste' job is seamless! I still can't paste in PS. I don't even come close!)
