I Dare You ...
...to open the door.
These doors could be concealing anything. What do YOU think lies behind them?
..........
I don't know ... do you think I shouldn't post stuff like this so late at night? :) I get a little whacky if I'm up past my bedtime.
I've got a good-sized job to do for a client, so I might not be around much over the next few days. I'll stop in and look around, but don't worry if you don't see me commenting very much. If it goes as slowly as it did tonight, you might not see me for a week! Yikes - what a thought!
..........
(This is downtown Seattle, for those of you who just have to know.)

nice capture, and no doth you will have it in with a frame within a frame.
Great shot, it looks like the doors to a very upscale bar!
Excellent chot!
Of course I'll open the door, but not at night!! Beautiful shot, and wonderful detail!!

I just HAVE to see those handles close up!
Beautiful shot
Splendid composition my friend
Cool. I am kinda with Andrea...would love to see the door handles close up. And they'd be perfect for one of your ultra close crops. This strikes me funny...you are aiming at getting us to imagine all sorts of things on the far side of these interesting doors and here's a couple of us all abuzz about what's hanging on this side. LOL. Excellent photo.
Fine black and white image... good luck!
Nice shot! Mayabe a bar? :)
A minature King Kong :)...cool shot with great details, have fun on on project/Job.
Cool doorhandles !! :) Well seen and captured ! :)
Awesome photo! I like the "conversation" between those two door-handles!
What a cool door! And an interesting lock setup, along with the handles. Great find and capture...

Interesting handles and if those are two dead bolts - I'm not opening it. Interesting subject and more so in B&W. Well done. Dana P

Specialy I would open this door after midnight. On the other side I would find confused lost souls wondering what an flesh and blood doing there. We would have a such a great time telling stories of our realm.
Oh, I can well imagine Miss Havisham skulking behind those doors. And I agree with everyone that mentioned having a closer look at those door handles. I want a closer look. Great find and post work. : )
No, I double dare you! Stellar contrast and textures on parade in this chilling shot. All that's missing is Vincent Price. Strange, there have been tales of people entering behind those ominous weatherworn doors, and never exiting. In fact, they are never seen again.
