Still beautiful in death. Lovely textures and colours.

They are as appealing in death as in life, and I like the matting under it which gives a lovely DOF

Rich colors indeed!
Beautiful lighting very well composed photo.
Very beautiful shot; the warm light is perfect!
Wonderful golden light and the colors, textures and details on the fading petal are amazing!
I love the subdued lighting ... what a wonderful image!
Wonderful macro.
Fantastic shot
very intense work...the shine on the leaf & it's speckles of light are wonderful details; and the little stem or fruit coming out the bottom is fine counterpoint, as is the amber rod in the background (really a fine choice, photographically, just the right accent). And the overall leaf feels like it's very alive, in the way Tim's leaves are alive even after they've died. Intense and introspective, and a very fine work indeed.
Great shot, well done yourself on LWitG :o)
