Scenary done in Photoshop, using the filters Aurora and Eye Candy 5 plus some digital painting with my dear Wacom.

OMG.. this is a breathtaking image! The only problem I have with this is that she seems a tad bit off-balance on the railing, with the way her left foot is positioned. I get the feeling she's about to fall off, LOL.. and it looks a wee bit painful to be sitting on the railing like she is. Otherwise, a very beautiful image with great atmosphere, textures and lighting!

Lovely dramatic lighting with deep shadow work adds depth and perspective to this composition. The dramatic gold color of her clothes and jewels contrasts starkly with both the dark sky and her pale skin... excellent choice of colors throughout.
