Description
These elevators run from deck 2 up to deck 10 in the Garden Atrium on the Carnival 'Liberty'. The little girl is watching the action as the elevator is going up/down.

That's a great picture! Years ago, in Atlanta, I rode in an elevator on the outside of a building. It was the first time I'd ever seen or been in anything like it, and it was a bit scary but fun!
