Description
This is me after a huge coffee late in the day!! I can't sleep, am wide awake, so just might get caught up here a bit.
I'm still on the road, now at my sister's. The plan is to hang here for a couple of days, head north a little ways to work for a friend, then back down to San Jose to help my friend there get her studio organized. I'm really excited about this project. She's a hugely talented artist and I'm thrilled that I can help her get back to her art.
Oh, yeah, this is an orange pansy, also from my garden.

I know what effect can coffee have sometimes.. Good luck with your plans and remember to have fun :) Gorgeous colors and macro!
Mind-blowing!
Wow! That's fabulous. I love the contrasts!
Beautiful image!!
I emptied an entire coffee machine last night, but still slept like a babe, I think I'll offer my body up for medical science when I'm gone rofl, lovely bright and bold capture Maz!
A visual stimulant...Wow! Your road trip sounds exciting. I did a three week road trip in September and completely got my sleeping schedule out of whack. Not good.
The detail in the black veins really adds an abstract tone to this.
awesome orange warm hug, Linda
nice close up my friend!
Reminds me of something from Disney, maybe the Alice in Wonderland ride? Fierce tiger pansies...beautiful intense color, and I love the little moustache!
Beautiful colors and a wake up capture. Aloha
This is beautiful, it looks like a jellyfish to me. Very nice

Better than caffiene! Glorious colour!
lol, like that ad, "this is your brain on drugs..." Well if that's how you felt when you posted this, you were in one bright mood. The thing about catching up with your gallery is that it always bursts in my eyes. Big bursting flower, nice red background, and I think the flower has a bit of a mustache too. Glad you can help your talented sister, and it's nice that you've uploaded while away & come to the galleries too. Many thanks. It's always nice to see your energies even when you're away with friends & family...hope the rest of your week is terrific.
Blinded ,definately need sunglasses for this one Marilyn lol :o) Mick
