Description
I hardly ever post photographs but thought I'd share this one with everyone. I've just got back from a family holiday in Fuerteventura (one of the Canary Islands) and there were a few areas along the beach where these adorable creatures would run up to you and actually take food from you if you held it out for them.
They are of course Chipmunks and how original is the name we came up for this one ... 'Chippy', LOL.
Enjoy ... Tony.

So cute..superb capture Tony! :)
Great capture! He doesn't look like he realizes the precariousness of his position...
Beautiful shot!
great shot, nice light and looks like he's balancing precariously!
Excellent photo Tony. Nice pov. It looks like he is posing for you!
The clarity, sharpness and detail in the foto is awesome, Tony. I get these little guys in my yard every Summer. Their favorite 'nibbles' seems to be peanuts, preferably in the shell. What they don't eat, they bury...LOL
This is such a lovely shot!
Looks like he was just waiting for you to come along so he could pose for you!!

A lovely capture of this cute little fellow, and your title suits it BTW.
A lovely picture to bring a smile to my face!
now that's a great POV ... can't imagine where you must have been lying down to crouching to get that shot ... excellent!
Wonderful POV and framing of this shot. I gotta admit I'm also somewhat captivated by the rocks... Great photo.
Animal looks like a minuscule giant. Very attractive photo.
Awwwwww! Sweet, and so cute! Interesting, too--the chipmunks here in the States all have very short little tails, and are a bit smaller than that one seems to be. It reminds me of both a chipmunk and a squirrel, actually--hmmmm, maybe a chipsquirrel, or a squirrelmunk? grin Nice shot, though!
What an awesome capture!
Excellent capture! :)
