Description
While the Spitfire is far the prettiest (And best known) of the two, there are no doubt in my mind that the Hurricane was the aircraft that won the Battle of Britain.

outstanding presentation. the old looking sky foto is perfect
Great work!
the hurribomber was pivotal in North Africa. The Hurricane was exceptional in Malta and Burma.
Brilliant work, mate. Well doe!! The Hurricane shot far more enemy aircraft in the B of B than the Spit. Germans always to claim they had been shot down by Spitfires rather than Hurricanes! Prestige!! Rob.
Agree with you 100%. The Hurricane did not have the glamour but was an awesome damage absorbing gun platform. Very nice work.
Awsome.
Outstanding ! The Hurricane pilots referred to the german claims of having been shot down by Spits as "spit-snubbery" P
