Description
Just another ink drawing I did last night. My brush is resting on a box & I forgot to rinse it out. A little heavy, but hope you enjoy!

Perfectamundo !!!! (is that a word?) heehee.....I love this Mark....'nother fave ! hugs ~
Perfect!!
Lovely sketch:)
What a mess! Very well captured, something we all have done in one way or another [the mess that is LOL].
i always forget to rinse them out - very fine image, mark (for some reason messy things and decay make very fine images)
OH It is gorgeous Mark and you know I love your brushes. I wait that it will roll over any moment, but it depence if the dry ink has glued it to the table, doesnt it? Yeah I am silly LOL ! Wonderful drawing. FAV !
I can relate to forgotten brushes :) Very nice ink drawing :D
I thought that only happened to me...... Lovely elegant work.
Mark what a warm and creative way to show what happened. You really did a splendid job on it and truly are a master of shading things just right ;)
A brush, a puddle of ink, a box--and you turn them into this wonderful work work. Simplicity at its best!! When I paint (fabric, and it's all very abstract cuz even straight lines are a challenge), my poor brushes suffer terribly.
Wonderful drawing. Just brilliant. ;)
This is absolutely wonderful.
fabulous ink drawing work here !!! hope you had a wonderful holiday season my friend!!! hugs sent your way !
A thought provoking image for me. I see it emptying itself of all that it can no longer hold in anymore. The best part is that it was "allowed" to do so freely and in it's own time. How I draw the parallel between a brush and a human is beyond me, but maybe because it is so much a part of you....? I like it!
Aww great work, I am getting tired here lol catching up but determined to see all your new stuff.. then off to bed.
simply wonderful
great work, Mark! especially love the use of neutral space.
awesome drawning Mark!
A really excellent still life, and a very creative idea. hugs Jane xx
Martin is right, "a simple atmosphere". The lines crossing lines with fringed, expressive, edges. Remember to draw. A form of meditation? Most people "stiffen" with ink. Your looseness with the media exudes feeling.
So beautiful,so calm and so emotional i think. The B/W help to "feel" an inigmatic atmosphere...where Joy and melancholic co-exist.This is very well done and another great one.
