Description
Breaking from the previous pattern to end this series of birds drinking.
This chickadee seems to be saying '"Look, ma, I can walk on water!"
And it's no wonder with those feet! You can see three dark toes on his right foot on the ice.
The cream colored extra spurs/growths/appendages/malformations aren't supposed to be there.
But I watch him every day and he seems to get along just fine, they don't seem to hinder him at all.
They are hardly noticeable unless a camera lens is zoomed in on them.

Hope you enjoyed them and thanks very much for looking.

A beautiful capture and he surely does have unusual feet which I am pleased to hear don't get in his way.
Good heavens, a chickadee with mutated feet/talons! Terrific clarity, background blur, contrast and textures in this wonderful composition, Maria!
That little guy needs a manicure! Superb capture. He's a cutie. Bunny
