I went back and forth with this one, trying to decide--to crop or not!! Here's the cropped version.

this one is deffo better.... youve lost the distraction from the top
Nice capture!
Very nice image!
Very nice scene!!
I like this better too, it draws attention to the rich deep blue at the top edge...
Looks like I lost the fight :(
Beautiful Marilyn!
wonderful shot
Such a peaceful photo. You captured it perfectly Marilyn :)
Hello you :o)..I prefer this one cropped ,less distraction at the top .Gives it a better perspective .Excellent shot Marilyn :o) Mick
Very croppy! Good show...this is your A+. Don't feel bad, I went through exactly the same thing with one of my photos about three weeks ago. When I cropped off the area that other thought was a bit distracting...I had to agree, less was more. Bill
beautiful capture love the blue warm hug, Linda
Definitely better! Tight and sharp.
The dance of the Eel River fairies - phase two.
Both are very nice I think I like this one just a little better though
Wonderful peaceful shot.
great cool blue colour and nice foreground composition
You KNOW I like this one better! LOL! Very nice.
beautiful!!
Just that small bit of cropping really improved this image, less distraction. It's a wonderful comp with the silouete & silver & blues behind.
Yeah, that's it. I knew it would even look much better. :) 5+ now!
SUPERBE !
I also like this one better. Really lovely ;O)
Ohhhhh I think I do like it better cropped
NIce.... Aloha
well I like both versions: The last one has the hint of another 'world' at top, and the full-view allows that swath of water-crest to take on a whole identity. On the other hand, without the upper part you have a more 'singular' image, a vision of water & the reflections that play on it, and the interplay of plants at the bottom. Because the plants are so sparse & blossom with bare wooden stems, their silhouettes are perfect against the water, like spindles that reach out into its abyss...they're a fine photographic choice; and their pile-up at the left is balanced by the darkening reflections on the right. A very sensitive shot & peaceful too...a beautiful water moment...
