Description
Hello !
Yes, it isnt finnished yet. You got to have patience, my friends.
--------------
After a while he saw a very beautiful and HUGE lion. He was sitting there looking at his big kingdom.
Now the little zebra was nervous. He had deep respect for the King, but he was a very brave little zebra and after some time he said:
"Dear mister King Lion, would you please help me getting stripes. As you see, I have only 1 stripe, even though I am a zebra.
"HAHAHA" Laughed the Lion. " Wel, I can do that very easy... with my 10 big sharp claws"
The little zebra left in a hurry, not knowing, he was very lucky, that the lion had just eaten a young gnu.
Now the little zebra knew, it was not so easy to get stripes, as he thought.
Continues tomorrow..

getting more and more curious what will happen.
Your illustrations are really terrific. The story has me sitting on the edge of my seat to find out the end. I have my own ending, so it will be interesting if we end up with the same one, or a variation of it. I will let you know.
Love your paintings lol Sure little Zoren will to get some stribes for his bravery ;o)))))))))))))))))))))))) Hope you will get well very soon
Rotten luck about your foot! This is a great tale!
Lovely illustration - fun tale - glad your foot is better - not too happy that you still aren't 100%
Ohhhh Helle ! these are all so wonderful and you are SO talented ! Sorry to hear about the foot and sciatica....my daughter and I both have sciatic problems, so I'm sending you lots of healing thoughts ! Happy New Year & Hugs Mina
fabulous!
I really do like this series Helle and the look on the Lion's face is classic. I think the little Zebra needs to steer clear of him and fast.
great work
Wonderful!! I promise to be patient ... it will be worth the wait, and in the meantime, I get to see one of your paintings every single day! Life is good. :) I'm so sorry to hear you're not back up and running! Take it easy, and don't do more than you can comfortably do. I'll be sending you warm thoughts!
I'm anxiously waiting for tomorrows continuation of this story! :-)
Wonderful and very creative work
This is intriguing, cannot wait for the next! ;o)

wonderful painting my friend
Fantastic Lion! Indeed Zoren was very lucky!
first, I'm really sorry for your sciatica! I hope it leaves town, like on New Years Day. (It would be nice if something else didn't descend on you, after this last few months..) .As for the art, these are getting more & more enchanting & expressive. That lion is really cartoon-like with lots of humor. And his placement is a fine contrast to the rest of the image. The zebra has a fine complex posture too. As I've said, I love your bas-relief-like texture; it's subtle but very physical. You're doing real children's illustration. This is a magical series Helle.
Oh, poor zebra, fortunately he is running fast! Only one strip but courage and obstination, he is a nice gentleman…
