Description
Vue 7 Esprit, minor post work in The Gimp
The atmosphere is based on one I found in the free section here by 00AngelicDevil00, though I revised it somewhat.

Beautiful winter image. The lil tree is gorgeous. :)
The clouds are fantastic-love the depth of field exhibited.
I am so far behind Dear Cathy, my apologies, but this is the night to catch up! I love this image, and it brings a few tears to my eyes .. those that are gone are never forgotten, always close to our hearts. The Christmas tree adds a very poingnant touch.
with Lars, stunning; fantastic render & scenario...just trying to see what you've done since coming here...I see this is a holiday post or close to it; but this could be an 'anytime' post. The Celtic cross has a sadness, but you've illuminated the snow & clouds and given what I assume is a Christmas tree (it has lights) so that the sadness is surrounded by light. And the big tall weeds are beautiful & beautifully placed. A mood, something forlorn, and yet there's beauty inside that doesn't seem to have gone out. A beautiful piece for winter, and that sky is lushly conceived...
