perplexing, strange and enticing, I like how the eyes stare at us across the frame, and the repetitions turn the face into furrows & sculpted surfaces, little cellular things; and that gentle fog surrounding the 'repeat' on the bottom (very subtly done, mandi)...It's said that the Cubists broke up the image because we do that anyway, always flitting from angle to angle & seeing not a face but many 'snapshots' of a face (which we then collate into a face in our minds): This reminds me of that—pieces jiggling across our consciousness, summoning us...Nice use of framed-space, and small enough to intensify the gazes...Provocative, mandi, and finely executed as always.

good title for this piece... Looked at the art and was thinking of the title and then saw the title and said to myself "Perception"... yeah, that's what I'm feeling here.
Wish this had been posted larger. Excellent, almost creepy, but more chaotic. I like the soft after image at the bottom.
