Description
I played around with the plant editor and the surface replicator for this one. Now, if someone could tell me how to get some snow onto the trees, I'll be really happy ;-)

Looks pretty, not sure how to help you with your trees, since I don't do this type of art, maybe a snow dance would help LOL have a great Friday!

Very realistic!
Really nice start. I was just thinking about a way to do what you'd like to. This is what I found for now: in the tree shader, add a flat mapping (from above, applied to the leaves). As childs: terrain distribution > snow, and color (white or very light blue). Do the same for the branches. Play with noise and distribution of the snow shader. You could also play with trunk, but it should be very less visible and applied to one side only, as a side wind could have done. I didn't made experiments to mimic the snow layer depht yet, but what I said above can give some nice results. If my explanations aren't very clear, please send me a mail so that I can send you a .car file back. Anyway..; have fun in the snow :)

VERY nice! I have been playing around with snowy scenes, but they don't come out as nice as yours!
