Description
The planet lies 26,000 light years from the center of the Milky Way; and, 52,000 light years from our solar system making it directly opposite of us ...so says Dr. Kibbleschnect who has traveled there and back by use of his device which combines radio waves and dark matter. He claims his invention exceeds the speed of light by millions of times.
Its fun working with Terragen 2 after you've had a few beers.

Wonderful terrain and work!!
Cool Bob...I like the mist and the explanation. I have some dark matter in my wallet....I place money in there and it disappears :)...Terragen is even more fun with whiskey and coke...(I'm sure Azrabella would disagree with my choice of "Kentucky whiskey") But it sure helps on those looong renders...:)
Mark, believe it or not, this render only took 25 minutes
Looks alot like Mt. Rainier :).
ah that's explains the title, lol, agree with smiles about terrain
vraiment superbe !!
Dr. Kibbleschnect Huh?!?!?! Well he should find us a new planet to exploit and burn out the way this one is near to doing!!! Nice work Bob!!!
Wonderful work, Bob !!!! Greetings to you !!!
beautifull done !
Superb sci-fi vista, Bob!!! Looks fantastic!!!
Cool planetscape, looks great!
Love the terrain and surfaces. Those low poly shrubs I'll blame on the last beer. Agree that an inhibition lowering substance greatly helps when working with T2.
Usually for me after a few beers while composing and rendering, I go back to look at it in the morning and say, "What th - ???" But a pretty nice vista nonetheless, in spite of the influence of demon booze.
Some fine terrain work!
Very nicely done! I especially like the way the mist huges lower/valley like terrain of the moutainous regions of this far away place brought closer to us both by Dr. Kibbleschnect's device and Dr. Choronr's skills!!!
Well... beer or no beer, this is absolutely beautiful work!!! Kudos, Bob!!!
A very cool vision- I often travel some distance through the universe after imbibing demon rum myself. I like this terrain!
nicely done
Never figured you out to be a space buff Bob ! Cool story and setup for this strange but attractive landscape ! Nice work as usual and best regards and wishes for the coming Holidays ! Take care my friend !
Wonderful view!
I would love to talk with Dr. Kibbleschnect, share stories beyond the stars, and drink considerable amounts of good german beer! Great work Bob!:)
