Description
Last week I saw someone's portrait shot here on Renderosity wherein they mentioned it was done using the "orton effect". Sooooo curious me had to try it out.
I chose to use the digitally altered form of the effect with this shot, although I do plan on trying the in camera form as well. I think I'll wait til spring though, sounds like you have to take a while to get your shots right and it's too cold for that sort of dawdling around outside now.
I really like the result.
