Description
An old mill awaiting restoration. The old wheel is metal and has rusted completely through.
Thanks for your recent comments and favs.
Bill
Add on: Roslyn Grist Mill, Roslyn, New York. Mill built in 1730s...still shows evidence of Dutch framing techniques. George Washington visited here in 1790. Mill operated as a Tea Room, 1919-1975. Sad shape today but soon to be fully restored as a working grist mill for museum and educational purposes.
