Description
Been watching Wall-E and also perusing the galleries here and was inspired by a memory of a little toy windup robot I had when I was a kid. I was able to find several images of him on the net (and learned there are many versions!). I think I still may have the real dude somewhere in my stuff (who knows) but this image will have to suffice for now. Lots of fun to build and render (even though it's nothing amazing). Struggled with the depth of field (could have been turned up more) but it's fine for now.

Aww man you are bringing back memories. I had a shoe box full of these little buggers! Nothing like winding up about 12 of these across mom's kitchen table. Good Work!
I'm not kidding, I have that exact toy with a blue top right under my monitor. The only difference is that my toy is holding a tiny man thanks to one of my kids! Nice work Kix.
