Description
BUY THIS CAR!!!
Thirty-ninth in a series of classic vehicles, captured 9/21/08, at the beautiful Palos Verdes Concours d'Elegance, held annually at the beautiful Trump National Golf Club on the beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula in overpopulated Southern California.
For more information on this event, see my posting for 9/28/08.
From what I could find researching on the Internet, Brumos is the name of a racing team. There's more to it than that, but because of time limitations, I didn't delve into it any further.
You're welcome to check it out if interested.
Thanks for coming by on this, the beginning of another glorious week, the weather and economy permitting.

Not quite as elegant as the other cars you have uploaded... but I bet it's fast! Nice collage.
Ah ha, another category of motor racing is represented here. Brumosracing.com appears to have the low down. Looks like this is from the "Grand-Am" racing circuit. Porsche traditionally has two cars in this circuit (if that's the right word) and uses numbers 58 and 59. This car is not one of the current Porsches but is one from a previous season...therefore, now a collector's car. Outstanding photography as usual. Bill
A wail of a tale and a tail of a whale.
Bubble car with a style....cool capture Harry I can imagine a smoking tyres. ( tell me you do have a capture of that silver beauty in background too. I can not help not to ignore it)

Eventually - a car that is yourger than me!!! Yeahhhhh... Wonderful model and I know what one of my sons will give for this puppy... I don't have any or else I would have given it too... lol...
Fantastic photos.
great pics!
A 934. I prefer the 935 but this is darn close . . .
It looks like a toy car! But I'm sure it's got a whole bunch of that mysterious stuff that makes guys drool...personally Porsches never have done it for me, I guess I look for different stuff in my vehicles; like not costing a good part of the national budget, to start with! At any rate, these are a couple of really excellent "portraits" you've done...nice work!
