If you check out the thumb for this image (not the main image itself, which is quite different) you will see the analogue--arms up, bazooms down, and, mutatis mutandis, vice versa: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1145329&member "Bazooms", merely by the way, is American comic slang from "Bosom". The plural, "Bosoms" (unless they be each on separate individuals) is also comic. Gulls crying because they go up when they are supposed to go down and, mutatis mutandis, vice versa. It is no doubt deliberate, as with the bazooms, thus both mordant and droll.
