Description

Saint Andrew's Cathedral is Singapore's Anglican cathedral, built in Gothic style between 1856 and 1863. It is located in the Colonial District of Singapore. In 1942, shortly before the fall of Singapore to the Japanese, the cathedral served as an emergency hospital. Saint Andrew's Cathedral was gazetted as a National Monument on 6 July 1973. This picture was taken in January 1996 and later scanned. Thank you for viewing and commenting on my uploads. Sig...

One question? Who is buried in the floor? Anyone named Stoner or Stonor?

I like this very much Sig, the Cathedral looks to be quite an interesting building, I would love to have a look round inside. In contrast to the cathdral tower the high rise behind looks like it is leaning to the right. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!
