Description
When you go to the store here to buy hot fresh boudin this is how it will look and they will give you a whole link of it or more if you wish. Sold by the pound. One link will be around $1.50.
And it will full you up. may people buy it for breakfast or lunch here. fast food for it hot and cook already. all the store do is take it out the steamer and warp it up for you.
Now at the fest. they took tese links and cut them in three or four peices and put them in a little cardboard box and you give them one ticket and you get a peice of boudin to eat . like I say I was full after six peice and bought four to take home for supper or breakfast the next day. I ate it for breakfast. Just pop it in the micowave and out it came hot[ plus is was crayfish boudin lol I show that later on.]
thanks for looking and comments

Nice capture...
Ready for the crayfish. Sausages are fit nibbling or slicing and forking.
Your roll/boudin dear Jocko, would be called "sausage/saucisse" in France… question of gauge!!!Great report in series about this fest !!!
Yummy photo Jock!!! :)
there is sausage here too but this type is called boudin
WOW! my mouth is watering for this! Great shot
Size of true boudin or not: it looks good, Jocko. Always go with what the locals call it - avoid bloody noses that way.

The perfect way to fill an empty stomach and at $1.50 a real bargin Jock ! Good one & ~Cheers~
I'd pick that over a corn dog any day. Now if you add some green chile I'll be right at home. Hahaha.

A belly full of boudin, that's for sure! Look like giant worms or long intestines in this shot, Jock. I hope you enjoyed it, because I don't know if I could eat that stuff.
That looks so good! So very plump and I bet the flavor is just outstanding.
