Description
Well, it's officially Halloween here in the US, and the Hauntings may now begin. When I first was noodling around without a script, just playing with whatever showed in Apophysis, I thought this would be a pumpkin, a friendly "jack-o-lantern". Well this is what happened to that friendly pumpkin .. even my Apophysis is haunted!!
This is one flame, but I did add a layer for a teensy bit of color to make the eyes more prominent. And two more layers for the mists. Scarey what's been happening in Apo the last few weeks!
Thank you all for being brave and stopping to peek at my last post, the demon that's been haunting my back yard and to leave your thoughts and helpful warnings, and thank you all who were brave enough to favoritize it, I hope it doesn't create havoc in your faves gallery!!

An awesome Halloween Jack! Apophysis is fun in that no matter how long you have worked with it, it will always throw in some surprises of its own. Gruesome little APO Jack O Lantern. Have a safe but spooky Halloween :-)
Very creative flame tweaking Rita, amazing what you are able to come up with!! Excellent art! I think this looks like a dog I thought was gonna bite me trick or treating as a kid years ago. (Yes we had T-or-T even back then. . .)
I see a wonderful dog or wolf image in this (I always try to find something). I love this flame. And I love what you have done with this image. It really captures the essence of all things wild and fierce and powerful! Happy Halloween. : )

lol look like a dog from hell. happy halloween
very nice eerie feel!
Excellent creation for this time of year---it is amazing how certain fractals take on a life of their own. I often wonder if it is pure coincidence, or, as creative beings, we impose our deepest dreams and visions upon them. There is, without a doubt, an uncharted territory in the realms of Fractal Visionary Art.All of us are on the cutting edge of an entirely new form of creative expression. Rita, you, and the rest of us are the pioneers of the art of the infinite. Superb work---keep on going!!!!!!!!
Marvelous haunting it turned out to be! Hope it is not a dangerous pumpkin. Fantastic work!
Oh my, I think your version of Apo has been taken over. Fancy finding all these creatures. Good job I have put my creating on hold until after my course. Very spooky work, I will open my Apo cautiously next time I go in.
