Description
This is the bust that greets a visitor to the Buffalo Soldier Monument illustrated with the Horse Cavalry Soldier in my posting yesterday.
This is a bust depicting a wise, old Master Sergeant in the 10th Cavalry. His uniform places this sometime in the period from 1866 into the 1880s.
A full-size view reveals the quality of this sculpture.
