Description
Homemade bread, hand made by my brother-in-law-once-removed-by-marriage. Or something like that. My brother Trent's partner David's sister Cindy's husband Don. Don is the one who made the bread. One of my favorite people, and an excellent cook! :)
I don't think he knew I took this picture, but I'm sure he won't mind having baked a loaf of now-famous bread!

Yummmmmmmy :)
Oh this style is wonderful and shows your artistic side. love the light, the textures especially the marks cut into the wooden breadboard, excellent still-life compo Tara!
Ooooh, I love good bread, or "chleb" as I've come to call bread that I like. This image lives up to the Slavic name I've adopted for good bread...the texture is wonderfully captured, and the DOF in this is utterly fantastic. I know that this, and the meal that it accompanied were both fantastic. Great stuff!
Cool, excellent capture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Home-made bread is great food and it also makes for a wonderful still life photograph.
Well like everyone else, you made me hungry for home made bread especially the heel...nice shot and great light
i like this fresh home made bread..another stunning shot..
Well done there... Makes you think about the tough times that has been swept away by the tides of time huh?! Well done image! Stunning Capture!
Great depth of field here and the light/tone make the bread very appetizing! It just needs a knife and some butter and away we go!mmm
Great still-life!
