1958 was a pucker year for me. The big blocks came in force. Scallop flames is certainly a subtle enough look for a Corvette of this era. Trying to remember when we saw them first. This one would more likely have had elaborate pinstriping in meshes or even spider webs. Now 50 years later it can catch up on some of the better paint details. Lots of face in this one.
