Description
Twenty-three in a series of classic vehicles, captured 9/21/08, at the beautiful Palos Verdes Concours d'Elegance, held annually at the beautiful Trump National Golf Club on the beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula in overpopulated Southern California.
For more information on this event, see my posting for 9/28/08.
This auto is of French origin, and only 66 were built of all versions.
Like, how come no bumper?

Thankx for the visit on this bright and 99-degree fahrenheit hump day. No rain for many, many months. Autumn is a myth around here.

What a glorious automobile Harry. I am stunned at the excellent condition these vehicles are in. It must take a hellova effort to keep them so pristine! :)
This is a very special car enough so one wonders how it came to appear where it is. along those lines I see a Women's conference is planned in Long beach soon and condi rice and Warren buffett will speak.
tallpindo: this gorgeous old gal is owned by a gentleman in West Hollywood, California.
So sweet. 5+.
No rain?! Can I send some a cross, last 3 days pouring here. I like this two tone paint on this nice body. Again a long bonet what I love, makes me wonder how big monster lives in there (engine).
another beauty~ :)
My first thought was - why the windshield that flips up? Maybe that's why there were only 66 made, someone got something in their eye? It's a beautiful vehicle, I'm not sure I've ever heard of them, but it looks really familiar in some old Hollywood movie kind of way... Great shot, and is that you in the fender in the bottom one?
very super looking. like a pro took these shots
These are just beautiful. I like it w/o a bumper. Gorgeous lines on these.
Another exotic very rare trailer queen...but it is very nice to peruse...
Beautiful photos.
