Description
This is a popular nest. :-)
It is now hosting a Coot and two chicks.
In the office where I work, we don't have our own desks - we grab an available one when we arrive, theoretically. In practice, however, we early starters always have the same one.
This system is known as hot-desking.
It has been suggested to me that the river birds may be operating a similar system - hot-nesting. :-D
The thumbnail, below, will take you to the picture of the Heron on this nest and there is a link in that one to the Grebe should you fancy taking a look.
Hope you like it and thanks for looking. :-)

Beautiful photo.
Superb pic! I coudn't possibly have worked like you do! I believe some schools have adopted something similar where you don't have a teaching room: I taught art, where on earth would you keep the kit?
durleybeachbum - since my switch to working in the archive, there is some software specific to my work so I now have my own desk but there were ways around the system with hot-desking. As I usually start work between 7:30 and 8:00 am, I always had first pick of the desks - and always chose the same one. :-)
