Description
This is a second view of my previous post, "Dawn's Early Light". This time with the rising sun offset, more beach and color desaturated for the B&W effect.
Can't make up my own mind concerning which I like better. What do your practiced eyes tell you?
Comments?
Thanks, Bill

WONDERFUL B&W
Hey now, that's right on. Beautiful Shot.... Let's go to the marsh, dig some oysters and have a feast on the beach.... Sure looks inviting. Skipper62
This is beautiful even in b/w... :)
I actually prefer the color version, although both are very striking. IMHO, I thought the rocks in the color version offset the central focal point of the sun/reflection. In this version, you might consider using just a very faint use of the dodge tool (large brush size, very small percentage) to selectively paint over the darkest parts of the shoreline. Just a thought.....
Beautiful work.
Excellent shot. Beautiful........... Roby ;O)
Well, for me there's something about B&W that sets this off just perfect Bill.
Much better! The sun is not so distracting, yes it was a feature, but there is so much more to look at in the photo.
My unpracticed eye is telling me, colour version BUT with offset sun! That's being difficult, I know! Great picture all the same, mate. Well done again! Rob.
I like this one...mainly because everything seems more clear and because it all blends well....it's a striking image, very beautful!
Nice work!
I prefer the color version...also this is very well toned too...smile
