Description
I went to the world championship gumbo cook off yesterday and was total bum out. They was not serveing gumbo intill today. I told a lot of them they should had had that on the web page or the hand out bookels. I was not a happy camper yersterday. They haveing it today and i can not go lol I going to another state park today.
I did get photos and ate some good food but it was not gumbo.
Here is some of the crayfish boudin I bought and ate. I took a bite out of it already as you see the skin is over laping the top of the boudin. This is the best crayfish boudin I ate so I was happy after I ate some. Guess people right about me I get mean as a bear if I do not eat.
I got more photos like the champs of last year and all. People danceing and eating too. people walking around too and cooking some too. some of the stands or booths if you call them that. we see what is what
thanks for loooking and comments too

I feel the same way.if I am waiting on someone else to show up at a prearranged time to meet and I know they are late because of just always being late, I eat without them.eating is my second favorite thing to do.sure does look delicious. I ate in a Louisiana style seafood restaurant today and when I saw them serving someone gumbo, I was thinking about you
Nice shot!

Terrific capture of the boudin, Jock, but, I don't know, to me a looks like the aftermath of a circumcision. Sorry about the gumbo screwup.
