Description
I have been at a loss for posting something recently.
I sifted through some shots from the last couple of months and I must admit I haven't been over excited about anything!
I came across this that I had put together weeks ago but must have thought it not worthy.
It was taken when JeffG7BRJ and myself met Mickuk50 and went to the Railway Museum at YORK.
The top pictures show the River Ouse and below is York racecourse flooded.
Oh and I am 51 today, it has been a very quiet occassion, Thanks ....Alan

First things first - Happy Birthday dear friend. May your next year be truly blessed! As for the collage - please send some of that rain SA's way. We so desperately need it. Great work though... :)

Great capture and happy birthday!!
great collage..happy birthday from Ireland
Happy Birthday Mate, I know where I went wrong now, that machine of mine stores the date 10/7/08, I didn't see the 7 and thought it was your Birthday on Friday, I even told Pauline to ring Sue and tell her for the club. My brain hurts, never mind, you've only 9 to catch me up. This collage is worth posting, I thought you had a better close up of the bike in the river though. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!
Happy Birthday !!! great idea !!!

Happy Birthday!!! I know how you feel about not finding anything to post but these shots are very interesting. Seems like there's been flooding everywhere. Good shooting to ya !!
Happy birthday Alan. Now for us guys/gals with birthdays in the early 40s, you are still a youngster! Does that help...at least a bit? Thanks for the flood photos...they are both newsy and nicely presented. Bill
Happy birthday! Sometimes a quiet one is the best way to do it. You're still younger than me by a few...best wishes for a good year. This collage is very informative, I can't imagine all that rain over there as every time I've been to England it's been hot and sunny. Hopefully the weather will settle down a bit and get to where it should be!
Happy Birthday Alan. Fantastic collage.
Go 51! A great mark in one's life. It wasn't that long ago I got to play with that age myself and I packed it with exciting things. Time to make the years count! Pack them full of things you really want to do! Happy Birthday! And, this shot is great. I think maybe there was too much water, huh? :-)
England's weather is so dismal always :( but hey! very cool collage you mustard up for us!
