Super shot!
Very cool shot!!!
took me a minute to figure out the "apocalypse now" reference, but now I got it. I'm slow today...(waiting for Brando to show up in a dark cave)...Your frog shots are always good, but what makes this special aside from the usual luminescence you capture is the sheen-like reflection around the frog's head and the 'halo' around the grass to its right (our left). Little things, but they give music to the shot. (Even if not intentional, most artists would say that artists find these things anyway.) Nice shot, some very special 'moments', and one starts taking for granted the relaxed 'malaise' you capture with your frogs: Even if it's a small pond in actual life, in your photos they seem broad, luminous, lazy and very luxuriant. Wonder if these frogs know you on a first-name basis by now...
Heheheh, great reference.
I love how he's looking at you; really wonderful shot!
