Walker of Shadows cat mask
Ajax bones hair found in the old free archives at Daz
My background created using fractals and texturing. Rendered in Daz Studio.
The vintage dress is from Poserworld--though I couldn't resist tweaking the textures a bit.
I'm so far behind in the galleries due to trying to learn how to use a Mac, and transfer all the files and programs from my now broken PC. But this is my favorite time of year and I wanted to return as soon as I could. So, this is just a little something until I can get back on my feet. In the meanwhile, I hope to spend some time in your galleries this weekend if I don't do something stupid during all the installations that will put me back offline.
Have a great weekend and thank you so much for all your former comments, favorites, etc. I do plan to spend more time out here once I'm "settled" again. The good thing I learned is I can use some of my PC Poser runtime folders on my Mac which is good because I have hundreds of freebies I've been collecting over the years. And I do love the Mac. It is so efficient, and I can even see my work much better rather than always working on a small monitor. It was an old computer. It served me well for 7 years. So, I can't complain, but I'm feeling lost without all my quirky little graphics programs. I love to collect freeware, too, so, I guess I'll have to get more creative finding what I like.
Take care!

Excellent creation, with utmost elegant features and a superb sense of composition. Wonderful work !
beautiful image i love the headdress and frac backdrop !! so beautifully done!!!
Elegant scene!!!
fantastic fantasy model here....great the hair.....and the background rocks!....love it!
So you abandon PC for a Mac, just like Suzanne. Is it as simple as she says?? She is so lyrical about her Mac, and I hold on to my PC. You have to tell us! Apparently you are already good at it!
Gunsan, I LOVE my Mac. I wonder why I held out for so many years. It's so easy to install, the design is wonderful, and it just works. The only problem is that some of my old programs or versions are Windows only, so, I may need to use Bootcamp for a while.
Wonderful image! Hope you get settled in your new Mac home soon :)
Great image. I have those bones somewhere too, and I have a PC in the shop. I really like your background work. Nice pose and lighting also.
Excellent! The border and background really give the composition movement!
Nice image, well done. I wish you good luck with your new Mac; I am a Mac enthusiast since many years and I was only forced to use PC for Photoshop teaching (most of my students were on PCs) but since I do not teach and I do comics, my PC has not been lit a single timeā¦
Cathy, this is gorgeous! You did a fabulous job putting this together! I've heard good things about Macs, but opted for another PC. Maybe I should have gone with a Mac. You should take your time and everything working before you worry about galleries and such!
Cool portrait. Well done.
Excellent image and wonderful lighting and colors...
