Hello!
I have a few fossil so I thought I get my macro lens out before start to rust in my camera bag and have a close shot of this ammonite. It is about 4cm in dia.

I have purchased a few of these over the years and I remember as a kid, going to Pelee Island and seeing their imprint in the blocks used to lead down to the beach. Fabulous macro.

OOOOoooo, wonderful Ammonite! Great pov and and play of light and shadow! I have a lot of fossils too, I should try this one day!
Stellar light/dark and textural effects in this macro, Tunde! It kind of reminds me of the springed tubing that comes out of the back of my clothes dryer.
